Matt Roberts
Chief Executive Officer
Matt Roberts has been with TOPS Products since 2008 and has held high-level executive positions in the business services industry for more than 25 years. Beginning his career as a sales rep, Matt worked his way up to sales management and leadership positions where he managed large accounts and sales teams. He earned an MBA from Lehigh University and a BS in Economics from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.
A diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan, Matt frequently watches replays of Super Bowl LII ("the greatest football game, ever") and reruns of the movie Invincible. He is also very opinionated and passionate about good New York style pizza, which can be hard to find in the Chicagoland area.
Dave Garber
Chief Revenue Officer
Dave Garber has been with TOPS Products for the past 13 years. With over 20 years of experience in the Office Products industry and a background in finance, accounting and sales, Dave leads the TOPS Sales and Marketing team. He is a graduate of Miami of Ohio University and has a master's degree from Gannon University.
Dave is originally from Northeast Ohio and is an avid Ohio State University Fan. He actually pronounces Michigan: "Me-Chicken". He enjoys golf and recently scored his first ace, although no one from the office witnessed it, so everyone is a little skeptical.
Noël Leatherbury
Chief Human Resources Officer
Noël Leatherbury joined the TOPS leadership team in 2021 with extensive HR leadership experience. Noël came from Novipax, where she was VP of Human Resources and Customer Service and responsible for building the HR organization to a stand-alone company. She also led the successful implementation of a new HCM system, developed a robust benefit strategy, and supported the acquisition of PPI into the company. Noël has a BS in Microbiology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Noël is an identical twin who frequently stands in for her so she can spend twice the time focusing on our employees or pretending she knows how to play golf.
Brian Millhaem
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Millhaem joined TOPS Products as Chief Financial Officer, bringing 15 years of finance and operations experience, primarily with GE across multiple industrial businesses. A graduate of GE's Financial Management Program, he also spent four years in Corporate Audit Staff roles before serving as CFO of Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography at GE HealthCare. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from Indiana University and leads Finance, IT, and SIOP at TOPS.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Brian now lives with his family on the North Shore of Chicago. His six-year-old son, four-year-old twin girls, and two-year-old son always guarantee there is never a dull moment at home. Despite his new stomping grounds, he remains loyal to the Queen City with unwavering love for the Reds, Bengals, and Skyline Chili.
Rob Slavik
Chief Operating Officer
Rob Slavik joined TOPS Products with more than 20 years of operations leadership experience across multiple industries, including building materials, medical devices, water filtration, and office supplies. He began his career in a Leadership Development Program and is a graduate of GE's Lean Academy in Japan. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and leads EH&S, quality, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and engineering at TOPS.
Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Rob has called Minnesota home for the past 20 years. He's a proud dad to three boys and a live music enthusiast, attending roughly 70 Pearl Jam concerts since 1996. A Jersey boy at heart, he can also be found cheering on the Yankees or crafting pizzas in his wood-burning oven.
