Our hiring process:
- Submit your resume on the TOPS Products careers site.
- If you’re a match for a job, you may be asked to participate in phone, video or in-person interviews. Our recruiters will notify you via email if you’re not a match.
- If you’re selected for a position, you’ll receive a written offer and will need to complete a background check and drug screen.
Throughout the process, a recruiter will keep you informed at each stage by phone or email ensuring all of your new hire tasks are completed before your first day. Please note that when a recruiter reaches out, they’ll have an lsccom.com email address.
