Is registration required?

Yes, all of your software titles must be registered. We recommend doing this so you can access additional information and receive product upgrades.

What is a Temporary Key?

All software titles bought in-store come with a temporary key that allows you to access your product up to five times. After five uses, the product will be locked until you register it here and obtain a permanent registration key. Once the permanent registration key is entered into the Socrates Product Browser, your content will be unlocked, granting you unlimited access.

Did you misplace your registration key?

If you have purchased your product online and have not received an e-mail with your registration code or, if you can’t find the e-mail, your key information should be stored in "My Account". If you purchased your product in a store and have lost your permanent key, please contact us at gttechsupport@rrd.com or call 800-762-7283.
